Responsibilities

The Directorate of People, Organisation and Gender is responsible for the elaboration of the Company staff strategy, through providing a plan which ensures that the objectives of the strategy become a reality for the implementation of policies and actions which aim to value gender equity in the company through opening more opportunities for female staff.

This Directorate has the mission of incentivising, managing and keeping the performance of the staff community of the Company so that it becomes a key contributor for the development agenda of Mozambique. It is also its responsibility to develop, review and update all human resource policies, processes and procedures whenever required by the dynamics of the Company.

This Directorate reports to the Executive Director for the Portfolio of People and Corporate Services.
