Responsibilities
The Commercial Directorate is responsible for the coordination of commercial activities of small and large consumers, respectively, in order to ensure the good performance of activities related to marketing and sales (including procedures of tariff policies), customer care in conformity with the commercial policy of the Company, in order to ensure the attainment of corporate objectives.
This Directorate is also responsible for coordinating the activities related to commercial strategic planning of the Company, collecting and analysing relevant information about the economic and financial environment, in order to contribute for the elaboration of action plans leading the company to attain its objectives.
This Directorate reports to the Executive Director for the Portfolio of Distribuition, Commercial e IT.
