Responsibilities
The Academy of EDM plays a fundamental role in the progress towards attaining the objectives established in the transformation of EDM and is responsible for the creation and management of learning infrastructures within EDM.
The Directorate also implements the Leadership Development Programme as well as partnerships and research & development programmes and has a strong base of archive. One of the core role of this Directorate is the management laboratories and workshops that serve the learning premises for the capacitation of technical staff.
This Directorate reports to the Executive Director for the Portfolio of People and Corporate Services
