Responsibilities
The Directorate of Transport is responsible for efficient and effective management of exploration and maintenance activities of the National Transmission Network of the Company, in accordance with the provisions of the Network Code, agreements and laws of SAPP (Southern African Power Pool).
This Directorate develops policies, strategies, processes and procedures for efficient and effective management of operations and maintenance in the National Transmission Network and ensures the quality of work, integrity of transmission network, presentation of agreed results and alignment with the Strategic Plans of the Company. The Directorate reports to the Executive Director for the Portfolio of Operations.
