Responsibilities
The Directorate of Corporate Finance is responsible for registration, integrity and daily management of all accounting transactions of the Company as well as the production of various financial analyses for the various departments, partners and Board of Directors.
This Directorate assumes a key leadership role in various initiatives and projects as well as for the promotion of good governance, risk management, tariff review, contention and initiatives of cost reduction and performance analysis of the main financial indicators of EDM as well as the production of financial reports in the frequency defined by the Company.
This Directorate reports to the Executive Director for the Portfolio of Finance.
