Responsibilities
The Directorate of Transformation is responsible for the critical activities of corporate strategy, policies, corporate planning, attainment and management of results and business risks.
This Directorate coordinates and facilitates various and interconnected plans and projects of transformation in order to ensure the delivery and execution of changes. The key focus is short, medium and long term goals. However, the Directorate is also responsible for strategy and risk management. The Directorate reports to the Chairperson of the Board of Directors.
