Responsibilities
The Directorate of Systems and Engineering Planning is responsible for environmental and engineering feasibility studies and for investments of EDM for remodelling, rehabilitation and expansion of generation, transmission and distribution of energy and of power infrastructures to achieve reliable criteria in accordance with the network standards, access to energy and the technical reduction of losses in accordance with the law.
This Directorate, with the support of its management team, must develop processes, procedures and work instructions for an efficient and effective provision of systems planning, environmental and engineering feasibility studies of the functions in order to ensure quality of work, attainment of agreed results and alignment of the strategic plans of the Company.
This Directorate reports to the Executive Director for the Portfolio of Planning and Business Development.
