Responsibilities
The Directorate of Production is responsible for efficient and effective management of operations and maintenance activities in the energy generation infrastructures which include the supply, management and preservation of fossil fuel, renewable energy resources convertible in electric energy, plant operations and maintenance of equipment, management of process waste of energy conversion and supply of energy to the Transmission Network and measurement of the supplied energy.
This Directorate presents operational plans to achieve the installed capacity and ensures the reliability of the measurement systems in coordination with the Directors of Market Operators and Systems Operator. The Directorate reports to the Executive Director for the Portfolio of Operations.
