Responsibilities
The Directorate of Distribution is responsible for ensuring efficient and effective management of operations and maintenance activities of distribution networks of EDM decentralised in five regions, each of them accountable to a Regional Director.
This Directorate produces review proposals of policies, strategies, processes and procedures for efficient and effective management of operations and maintenance activities of distribution networks and ensure quality of work, attainment of agreed results and alignment with the strategic plans of the Company.
