Responsibilities
The Directorate of Ethics and General Ombuds is responsible for institutionalising the spirit enshrined in the Code of Ethics of EDM and for establishing systems, processes and procedures on which the practice and improvement of appropriate codes of conduct that the entire corporation are based.
The Directorate plays a role in the ethical dissemination, in the investigation and ethical practice as well as in the role of General Ombuds. The Directorate reports to the Chairperson of the Board of Directors.
