Guebuza inaugura Central a gás no Ressano Garcia PDF Print E-mail

inauO Chefe de Estado Moçambicano, Armando Emílio Guebuza, inaugurou, a 18 de Julho do presente ano, uma central de produção de energia a gás, na localidade de Ressano Garcia, distrito de Moamba em Maputo. Trata-se de um empreendimento com capacidade de produzir 107 Megawatts dos quais 92 vão para a ESKOM da África do Sul e os restantes 15 megawatts destinam-se à Electricidade de Moçambique, E.P. O acto da inauguração contou com figuras do corpo diplomático, parceiros, população local e outros convidados de relevo.

Na sua intervenção, o Presidente da República afirmou ser uma central com impacto fora das fronteiras de Moçambique e classificou-o como que um empreendimento que visa o bem estar dos países envolvidos. Outrossim, agradeceu aos investidores que acreditaram no potencial de Moçambique.

Ainda no seu pronunciamento, Guebuza encorajou os principais intervenientes, designadamente as empresas de electricidade de Moçambique e África do Sul, a continuarem com iniciativas de genero. Armando Guebuza vincou a importância de a energia para o consumidores ser acompanhada com o factor qualidade e fiabilidade, apelando de seguida, para que todos contribuíssem no combate ao vandalismo das infraestruturas eléctricas.

Conforme disse "com energia contribuímos para o desnvolvimento, melhoramos na saúde, educação, abastecimento de àgua". Prosseguindo, apontou que as descobertas de gás e carvão são fundamentais para a industrialização do país para além de que, com o aumento da produção de energia em Moçambique, os países da região numa situação crítica, poderão ser beneficiados.

O Ministro da Energia, Salvador Namburete destacou a entrega e acolhimento da comunidade local, aos técnicos e partes envolvidas no projecto, lembrando de seguida, que é a primeira central construída em Moçambique com capacidade de produzir energia a gás, em grande escala.

O Presidente do Conselho de Administraçao da Electricidade de Moçambique afirmou que "os benefícios da central traduzem-se essencialmente na provisão de energia eléctrica adicional para responder a crescente demanda,  melhoria da estabilidade e fiabilidade do sistema e criação de infraestruturas eléctricas que reverteram a favor da EDM. Para além de que facilitará a instalação de novos projectos de geração na região de Ressano Garcia. Com efeito, estão em fase de estruturação adiantada dois projectos de com capacidade acima de 100 MW cada, com envolvimento da EDM, nomeadamente a central EDM/Sasol 160 MW e a central da GW de 100 MW.

Por sua vez, o Director da AGREKKO, Rupert Soames declarou que " o que vemos em Ressano Garcia é uma grande realização para EDM e ESKOM, isto mostra que quando colaboramos, usando a nossa boa vizinhança, os países saem ganhando".

Segundo a Administradora do Ditrito de Moamba, Maria Manjate, a contrução da central é importante visto que a energia é o motor do desenvolvimento da população.

1. Inspection

The applicant requests a new connection according to the regulations in force, filling in all the necessary information

Form (to be found at EDM Office, identification of the contract holder (to be found at EDM office)

One single document including the localization cloqui, examining file and the contrct form

 

ID, Passport, Voter’s ID Driver’s License, Birth Certificate, IDFR, NUIT, Military Service Registration Card

 

2. Inspection

EDM-EP technicians visit the place to examine the technical conditions examination/inspection to the installation

 

 

3. payment and signing the contract

The Applicant pays only one amount and signs the contract

 

 

4. Connection

EDM-EP technicians connect the new client to the network

 

 

5. Cadastre of the network documentation

The client’s data is then recorded in the invoicing and payable systems and in the registration of network files

Filling in the form 65 for electric energy supply

2. Electric Installation Dratf

Unifilar electric Project of the installation whose holder has requested electric energy

3. Term of responsibility

The Term of responsibility signed and with the notary service witnessing of a relevant registered technician

4. Descriptive Memo

5. Identification Card

Identification of the applicant for the supply of electric energy, either individual or institution

6. Confirming document of the property where electricity is to be supplied

  • Name of contractor holder;
  • Number of contract;
  • Mechanographic number;
  • Address of the location; and
  • Number of your bank account.
From your periodic authorization, the Bank will automatically, on a monthly basis, make payment of your invoice;
