ARTICLE 33 (Carrying out Works and maintenance activities)
01 Persons, concessionaire bodies or entities with whom they have a contract job or service rendering contract for carrying out jobs, works or trials, in the scope of concessions granted for generation, transmission and distribution of electric energy, are allowed to undertake these actions, provided that the legal provisions and applicable regulations are accomplished.
02 The Works, repairs and maintenance actions may imply temporary alteration of the aspect of places of public interest, such as communication channels or the pavements, aiming at launching or replacing aerial or underground cables, installation or removal of light posts, booths, electric metre board and others.
03 The concessionaire is bound to, during and at the completion of the works, repairs and maintenance activities:
- follow, as much as possible, the original layout and materials previously used;
- Carry out installation of signs and fences of the areas in question.
- remove any debris resulting from the Works carried out;
- Fix and restore the areas affected by the Works, repairs and maintenance.
