Customer goes to EDM shop to expose their concerns, such as:

  • Complaint about the invoice;
  • Request for statements;
  • Request for balance;
  • Deliver meter readings;
  • Request for duplicate invoices;
  • Information on contract; and
  • Request for any other information.

By phone
Customer calls Call Centre and exposes their concerns that may be related to: 

  • Information on the amount due;
  • Information on balance;
  • Request for statement of customer’s statement;
  • Meter readings; 
  • Reporting breakdown; and
  • More business information
