The Government of Mozambique (GoM) has received a grant from the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) for a Project Preparation Facility (PPF) to finance the cost of Consultancy Services for pre-investment studies in the areas of Generation, Transmission, Distribution, Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy.
The main purpose of the studies is to assess the technical, financial, economic, social and environmental feasibility of the projects to support decision making for project development, financing and implementation.
In this context, EDM ("The Client") invites proposals from technical consulting companies ("Consultants") with a reputation and experience in the field of Feasibility Studies of projects of this nature to submit their offers for the following five separate consulting assignments.
